In short, it’s like opening the door to our subconscious to help us achieve beneficial goals.
Hypnosis is sometimes called trance, or alpha state. We all go in and out of a light Alpha State several times a day, naturally. We experience it while meditating, relaxing, driving, reading or watching a movie, as well as when we wake up in the morning and just before falling asleep. It is a natural phenomenon.
